AI systems implementation and operations
RY Systems was created to solve the operational problems that generic software and generic AI do not fix.

I have spent my career building and operating businesses where execution, information flow, and clear decision-making matter.
After founding and exiting JAZE, I built Reason Y to turn fragmented, records-heavy professional processes into controlled software workflows.
RY Systems applies that experience to important business workflows that need to work better.
Relevant operating experience
My experience spans technology, real estate, housing, hospitality, and hands-on business operations.
Across those environments, the recurring problems are similar: information becomes fragmented, workarounds accumulate, important decisions depend on incomplete records, and execution becomes harder to control.
That operating experience shapes how I approach workflow transformation: understand how the work actually happens, establish the economics and controls, and build toward a measurable outcome.
Founded and exited JAZE, a connected-car platform for automotive service providers.
Clients work directly with the person diagnosing and designing the workflow.
The objective is a working system, not a presentation of recommendations.
Workflow design accounts for permissions, sensitive information, data handling, evidence retention, and accountability, based on NIST and ISO standards.
The work begins by defining what the improved workflow must produce and how success will be measured.
Fix the workflow before adding AI.
Use software for predictable work.
Keep people accountable where judgment matters.
Reason Y is the secure workflow infrastructure RY Systems built to collect, structure, process, validate, organize, and prepare information for professional review.
RY Systems applies that same discipline to other business workflows through implementation, agent deployment, and ongoing operations.
The R&D Tax Credit Recovery Program, built on Reason Y’s secure workflow infrastructure, shows how fragmented records and repeated manual processing can become a controlled, review-ready system.
